This is a very simple procedure to make a delicious receipe for a group of people who are single, married and also with children too :).
Simple seven step procedure for revision:
1. Soak, wash, fry rice
2. Heat oil, add elaichi, fennel seeds, bay leaf, cloves and cinnamon
3. Add onions, ginger garlic paste, green chilli
4. Add vegetables, coconut powder
5. Red chilli powder, turmeric salt, curd
6. Add rice, mix well, add water and lemon juice
7. Cook for two whistles

Ingredients:( for 4 people)
1). Normal Rice or Basmati Rice (400 grams or 2 tumblers of rice- size of about half the size of the palm) :).
2).Oil (8-10 tbsp) ( tbsp-tablespoon).
3). Ghee (15-20 tbsp ).
4). Spices: Elaichi (3-4), Cinnamon(1/2-1 inch), Ginger-(1 inch),Garlic(10 pieces of garlic), Saunf(1-2 tbsp), Coconut powder(4 spoons), Turmeric powder(2 tbsp)
5).Carrot (2), Beans(7-8), Potato( based on size, abt 50 gms), Onion ( based on size,abt 50 gms).
6). Green chilli (3-4 ).
7). Salt ( as required).
8). Curd(4 tbsp).
9). Water (as required).
Main part:Procedure ----->
1.Wash and soak basmati rice(or any rice) in water for 10 -15 mins.
2. While it is soaking, make a paste with mixie (coconut powder, Green chilles , Fennel seeds, Cinnamon, Ginger, Garlic).
3. Drain the water and fry it with little ghee/oil in a cooker and keep it aside.
4.Heat oil in the cooker and add saunf, elachi,bay leaf,cloves,cinnamon and then onion with the paste tht was prepared and cook for few minutes.( till onion looses it greenness)
5.Add the vegetables,red chilli powder(reqd. amount say 1-2 tbsp),turmeric powder(1-2 tbsp),and then curd( 3 to 4 tbsp) and cook for few minutes.
6.Add water ( 5 tumblers of water- 4 tumblers for 2 tumblers of rice and 1 tumbler for vegetables) and Rice.
7.Add 3tbsp of lemon juice water, Ghee(4 to 5 tbsp) and salt(reqd quantity) and mix the ingredients in the cooker[ hint: taste the water after adding salt and see if the reqd. salt taste is available).
8. Cook the mixture until two whistles from the cooker.
9. Mix the contents in the cooker and serve it (yummy).
